The Thanet Visitor Information Service has developed a FREE, fun, and interactive online training programme designed specifically for frontline staff. Anyone whose role brings them into contact with visitors (retail, hospitality, accommodation, transport, etc.).

What is a Thanet Visitor Ambassador?

This is a free, interactive online training tool designed for anyone who comes into contact with a visitor in their normal day-to-day role. It covers tourism information about the Isle of Thanet (Margate, Broadstairs and Ramsgate) and what’s on offer for visitors. It also covers customer service skills to ensure that every visitor has an excellent experience and welcome when they visit.

What Ambassadors will gain
